Price Details:
Included in the price: bed linen, towels & a starter pack of tea, coffee, snacks & milk.
Extras: Electricity by meter reading.
Pets: Two dogs or cats are allowed, €15 / pet / week. (Pets cannot be left unattended in the cottage).
Short breaks: ( Not available from June 1st to August 24th). Minimum stay is 2 nights which costs 80% of weekly price. 3 nights is 90% of weekly price.
Terms & conditions:
A non refundable deposit of €100 is required once the booking has been confirmed. The balance is then due 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations: 4 weeks before arrival 75% of total price, 2 weeks or less before arrival 100%, a full refund will be issued if the cottage can be re-let . Having your own travel insurance is essential.
A security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival & will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the cottage on your departure.
Cottages will be ready from 3pm on day of arrival & must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
